Holmatro introduces Wireless Control Set for Door Blaster
With the new Wireless Control Set you can activate the Holmatro Door Blaster from a much greater distance. This can be as far as 100 m. / 328 ft. (radio range, clear line of sight). The set will exist next to the current remote control, which is mounted on a 2 m. / 79 in. hose and connected to the Door Blaster Pack, i.e. the drive unit. By offering the possibility to hide further away from the door before the actual breaching takes place, Holmatro aims to enhance operator safety.
More about the Wireless Control Set
The new set consists of a battery-powered receiver in a pouch, a cable to connect it to the Door Blaster Pack and a control unit for wireless remote operation of the door opener (through the drive unit which is left close to the door). LED indicators on the wireless control provide the operator with feedback on the connection status, the “action complete” status of the Door Blaster’s pushing and quick release functions and the battery status of both receiver and control unit. The stand-by mode is 48 hours and the connection cable can also be used to charge the battery of the receiver. A separate charger is available.
About the Door Blaster

By using compressed air to activate the hydraulic system this powerful door opener can be positioned quickly and silently into the door frame. Remote operation allows you to move away from the door and activate the door opener from a (safer) distance. This can be as far as 100 m. / 328 ft. with the new Wireless Control Set.
