The Holmatro Compact system combines our smart engineering & technology from our Rerailing systems in compact solution ideal for smaller & lighter rail vehicles like trams and (depending on your application and needs) metro’s. A system with maximum performance at a minimum weight.
Compact rerailing unit
The compact rerailing unit (CRU) combines the functionalities of the rerailing beam and traverse sled, in a compact design fitting the application of lighter rail vehicles such as trams and metros. Depending on your application and/or vehicle one or two CRU’s are required. Feel free to contact the Holmatro Rerailing team for advice!
Operational components
The operational components for the Compact rerailing unite are equipped with our Holmatro CORE technology. A CORE system features a unique coaxial hose design, consisting of a high-pressure inner hose encased by a protective low-pressure outer hose. The innovation behind this design is our patented CORE coupler, which includes an automatic return valve. This eliminates the need for a dump valve on the pump. Tool changes are effortless: just connect the hose, and you're ready to go!

Holmatro high-pressure hydraulic hoses for (compact) rerailing systems are available in different colors, matching colors on the outlets of your control & pump units reducing the possibility of incorrect assembly and thus faulty operations.
